Nurturing Food Security Together

For those in need, PACS provides several Food Programs. Numerous individuals and organizations, including community/school food drives, community gardens, local farms,  and the Chester County Food Bank donate the food we need for our community.

Who is eligible?

  • Anyone who needs food regardless of income.

What does The Market offer?

  • A "cost-free grocery experience"

  • Guests can pick out their own items from a variety of produce, bread, retail rescue foods and other non-perishable items.

How often can you receive this?

  • Daily; Monday through Saturday.

24/7 Food Access

Thanks to the assistance of the community, we are able to provide food to the community even when our Market is not open. Below is a list of where our 24/7 bins and newspaper box mini-pantries that are located across the Phoenixville area.

Phoenixville Food Insecurity Team (PFIT)

In addition, PACS leads the Phoenixville Food Insecurity Team (PFIT), a collective of local organizations and food pantries interested in working together to solve food insecurity in Phoenixville.

 

Do you need food? We are excited to provide weekly calendars to include pantries and meals in Phoenixville and in Collegeville, Oaks, Pottstown, Royersford and Spring City.  If you or someone you know needs a meal or food pantry, take a look at the calendars below.  It shows the days/times of the pantries and meal providers in the Greater Phoenixville community.
